This beautiful area of North Scottsdale is located west of Scottsdale Road, from Happy Valley Road to Deer Valley Road east to Pima and Pinnacle Peak Road. One popular subdivision is Sonoran Hills, with both gated and ungated neighborhoods featuring homes by seven different builders. For example, Entrada De Oro is a gated neighborhood with homes built by Maracay Homes, in six floor plans ranging from 2,628 to 3,277 square feet.
